Any relatively minor crimes can be sorted out by the community.
Any major crimes are dealt with by the conseiller en chef
Due to the nations anti-violence policies people who have preformed a crime that is not redeemable, are sent to the Caliphate of Koraj for punishment.

I find it amusing that your highest form of punishment is to send the offender the Caliphate. This say something about the things being done by the Caliphate to keep the order, and we hope that nothing to inhumane is being done there.

The Caliph is most happy to assure you that, indeed, order is being kept efficiently and successfully.

I do not wish to inquire as to the methods that the Caliphate is using, as I do not wish to know. If you are able to keep such a huge population under control, I don't want to think about the methods of discipline that you are using.

I would just like to enquire of New France what its highest form of punishment is now that there is no military-food agreement between it and the Caliphate is all but non existent as far as I am aware. Will there be some sort of agreement that even though there is no before mentioned agreement, that high ranked offenders are still deported to the Caliphate or that there now is some new form of punishment. If the latter is the case, I would like to know what this may be. New France is as far as I know a peaceful nation, and I am interested what the punishment may be. I put this question to you, and hope that you can find wisdom in your answer.

The Caliphate will still take criminals if New France needs them gone, the factories can always use more workers.

Another testament of the focus of the Caliph.

That we are happy to continue our relationship and agreement with our friends? A testament to the good will of the Caliph indeed.

No, I meant the second part, "The factories can always use more workers,"

Indeed. How kind of the Caliph to offer these criminals a second chance with a job in the Caliphate.

He's very nice indeed! Even read the totally not-propaganda newspaper that totally isn't owned by the State!
