One thing I forgot to ask is if any security personnel will be stationed on the grounds. No military units are allowed, but security will be.

The Kingdom of Coldlyn wishes for the protection of its embassy staff, to have 10 active security guards, and Coldlyn made security systems. The guards will carry no weapons other then a baton, but in the case of a disturbance or anything happening in the Caliphate that could affect the security of its embassy staff, we would like the Caliphate's permission for this use in times of threat. The guards have military training, but are not soldiers.
The Kingdom also wishes that if the King for any reason wishes to visit the Caliphate, he will be allowed to bring the Black Guard with him. These are for safety precautions as I am sure you will understand. They will be carrying arms, but this is the King, and hopes the Caliphate will agree to this.
The Kingdom of Coldlyn.

The most gracious Caliph will allow the aforementioned ten security guards, but notes that security systems built in Coldlyn will not be necessary. The great and glorious Caliph also notes that foreign military units are as of yet, banned from entry into the Caliphate of Koraj, and as such must refuse your request for the entry of the Black Guard. The great and glorious Caliph states that should this be unacceptable, then it seems that the King and the great and glorious Caliph will never meet face to face.

The Kingdom is pleased with the Caliph's decision to allow the ten security guards, but we do wish to inquire why the Caliphate sees it unnecessary to install security cameras. We only want this for security purposes, and wish only to protect our interests and staff in your "glorious" Caliphate.
We are also displeased at your decision not to allow the Black Guard unto your premises, and as you have mentioned, this will mean the King will never meet your "glorious" Caliph face to face. We also wish to reaffirm it to your that the Black Guard will only be there for the safety and security of his most Holy Highness, and has no other intents and purposes. This will change however, if the Caliph, or any citizen of the Caliph, seeks to harm his Highness, that is the reason for the Black Guard. We also wish to note that your Caliph is fast, and you could not possible hold all the people to your will, there will be some that rebel. It is for these groups and individuals, and for any other person that seeks to take advantage of the King being in the Caliph that the Black Guard is present. The Black Guard is only made up of 20 men, and they obey every will of the King, and he has no quarrel with the Caliphate, and would never abuse his power to use them.
On these grounds we seek that the Caliph rethink his decision on the matter of the Black Guard, and his most Holy Majesty hopes that the Caliph will make a decision that is beneficial for both people.
His Most Holy Royal Highnesses Advisor,
Frederick Morgan

The most great and glorious Caliph would like to remind the people of Coldlyn that under international definition, it is the host nation's responsibility to defend an embassy. Therefore, it falls on the Caliphate to set up security systems, and not Coldlyn. Rest assured they will be of the highest quality.
As for the use of the black guard, the Caliph refuses to allow another nation's military inside his territory. The Caliph sees no point to allowing a foreign incursion into the Caliphate. You may give us promises that they will only be used to guard the king, but we can never be to sure about the safety of the people of the Caliphate. The Black Guard is not welcome in the Caliphate.

We are most displeased at the decision of the Caliph on the matter of the Black Guard. We also wish to fervently disagree with the term being used to describe the Black Guard. "A Foreign Incursion." We ask the Caliphate who they think we are. We are simply asking for the right to protect our King from threats that are ever present, no matter what. We also ask the Caliph what threat they see in 20 men against the whole Caliphate. Surely the Caliphate, boasting such a powerful army, would be able to deal with the Black Guard in the unlikely event that a bad decision is made. The Black Guard is there solely for the protecting of the King, and not for war.
We are most displeased at this decision, and see no legitimate reason for the Caliphate to ban the Black Guard as they pose no threat to the Caliph or the Caliphate.
Our intentions are honest and pure, and we would never use our power for evil uses, no matter what. If you might feel it necessary, feel free to put restrictions on the Black Guard. Feel free to watch everything that they do.
We urge the Caliph for the last time to change his decision on this matter.
Yours sincerely
Frederick Morgan, Advisor to his most royal and noble Highness, the King of Coldlyn.

We must once again display our annoyance and disgust at your royal decision, and see no valid reason for your decision. But as this is the Caliphate soil, we will respect your decision (however foolish we may think it) and leave it be, and we hope that this will not have to tarnish the friendship between our two nations.
We do wish to impress that the King will under no circumstance visit the Caliphate unless your decision is changed. You can also expect that if you should apply for an embassy in Coldlyn, similar terms will be put in place. The Caliph may never visit the Coldlyn. We regret this decision, but this is the action that your decision will prompt into action.
Your always
Frederick Morgan, Royal Advisor to his Most Holy Highness, the King of Coldlyn.

Think about what you say. If the Caliph wouldn't allow the 20 members of the black guard into his nation, do you think he would have risked going to Coldlyn, even if he could? The Caliph has no intent to do so. We thank you for respecting our decision, and also respect your own to bar entry to the great and glorious Caliph.
