I have two things I wish to discuss with you Caliph Salar.
The first is that we have captured the rebels and their leaders after a bit of a struggle. But then I had the idea that there is no punishment adequate enough to suit this sort of treachery, as we are a mostly peaceful nation, with hangings and beheadings being our most serious punishments. So we have decided that if you agree, we send these prisoners to the Caliphate to be put to right for what they did, treachery (meaning you torture and kill them). Then my technological advisor suggested that we tape it to broadcast life in Coldlyn, which I have agreed to. It is up to you to decided of you wish to do this to. This is most likely the only time I will ask this, I am just very angry with these peasant rebels, and angry at how they caused so much trouble and damage. Anyway, the decision is your Caliph Salar about they fate of these foolish peasants.
Secondly, we wish to establish some form of trade between our two respective nations. You are aware what we specialise in, and we are happy to export this to the Caliphate. But we wish to know if the Caliph wishes this, and what they wish to trade and how they wish to receive it.
This is for your thought Caliph Salar, and we hope to hear your thoughts soon.
Your always
Jarik Solo, King of Coldlyn

The Caliph would most happily take these rebels out of the hands of Coldlyn. Treason is one of the worst possible offences here, and be assured that we do have adequate punishments for such an offence. I am considering making Blood Eagles of the leaders, and having a good old fashioned flaying of the rabble. We have no qualm in recording this to be sent to Coldlyn, you may send the rebels whenever you are ready.
As for your offer of trade, what is your proposition?
