The people of Skara would like to propose the founding of The Union of Democratic Nations, or UDN, and invites New France to found it with us. We can work together to further the aims of democracy everywhere, in a world dominated by dictators. One thing we must ask is for New France to eject the military of The Caliphate of Koraj from New France. The UDN could also be an economic union, to establish trade between our nations. If you have any trade offers, or any rebuttals to our proposal, we will be happy to receive them.

That sounds like a very interesting idea High Chancellor. It would be great having different groups and societies to spice things up a bit. I think that you should make this group/alliance, however, asking for the removing of the Caliphate military may be asking a bit much. New France is at the moment, as far as I am aware, completely dependant on the army and military power of the Caliphate for protection. Otherwise New France would be completely defenceless. I can understand your prejudice against the Caliphate military being in New France, but their might need to be a bit of negotiating as to what the limits might be. Both sides are profiting from their agreement, New France getting protection, and the Caliphate the food that it's population depends on. So I agree with you wanting the complete removal of the Caliphate military, but something will need to be done so that trade between the Caliphate and New France remains, and so that New France is not defenceless.

With all due respect, I will wait for the decision of the Conseiller en Chef, before any compromises are made. I'm sure Skara can help with training and equipping a military for New France itself.

After much debate and a poll, (God that took forever) the Consiller en Chef has come to the decision, on behalf on the people of New France to accept High Chancellor Aurus offer but, only on the condition that he allow New France and the Caliphate to continue trading.

This seems like a good way to solve the problem. The trade between the two nations will be beneficial for both sides, but New France will have to do some drastic militarization as soon as possible.

I'm sure Skara can help with training and equipping a military for New France itself. I am sure that New France is thankful for this, but to be honest, in my opinion, both nations could use a bit more military power. Skara says it has 20000 active soldiers trained in urban combat. New France has as of yet, none, and seeing as your nation (Skara) is an urban nation and New France is a polar opposite, different military training and equipment will be required. |

Skara would never try and demand a trade embargo between any two nations. New France is most absolutely free to trade with the Caliphate, and whomever else they may wish. I must thank you for agreeing to our proposition.
As for his grace's comments, I'm sure with some adaption, our vehicles could be of use, and as for firearms, I do not see how they couldn't be of use simply because of terrain. In regards to training, it is true Skara had learnt to fight urbanly. We can help in any city defense forces New France makes, and as for rural fighting, I'm afraid we can't help much.
