System of government (Monarchy, communist etc):
Population size:

And any other notes that you feel are important.
Another thread will be started shortly in which I will put in the rules of the micornations and what it means to run a micornation.

Name: The Caliphate of Koraj System of government: Absolute Feudal Monarchy Population size: 423,120,900 roughly, from last survey General geographical description: Arid, but not unlivable, dotted with rivers and oasises. Industrial strengths: Will fill in when explained further. Is it the particular talents of the Caliphate's industry, or the power of it as a whole? Culture: A rough mix of Ancient Egypt and Arabia, with a bit of East Europe thrown in Religion: The most widely accepted religion is Islam. There are others, even native religions, but they are not as prominent. Notes: I guess you could consider a much more powerful, monarchistic Iran as a rough example of what the Caliphate is like.

Sounds Good Caliph Salar. When it comes to industry, I mean what your industry specializes in. Or what part of our industrial sector produces the most revenue for your nation. If you can, please give your industry some form of rating, maybe using IPU points or something. If you use IPU, please rank your nation from 0-150. But for the rest, your nation sounds good. If you do like the idea of using blogger as a means of running your nation, please let me know, and we can make you for you, which I am sure ou are more then capable of doing
Yours dutifully

IPU as in the Industry measurement from the Making History games?
Also, what are the perks of using blogger?

Yes, IPU from Making History. It just seems like an accurate measuring of the strength of your industry, and would make it easier if say you just built a nuclear power plant, you IPU will go up by a few points.
The perks of Blogger, well, you can first create your description on there, and you can post things like a live update of your nations doings. A blog is like a fancy online journel, but it has many other uses besides. Many of your nations things will be on this forum, like your embassy, and a place for you to talk about your nation, and other things that you might want to talk about. I will make a board for each nation, and make the leader a admin of that board, so you can do with it what you want. All you need is a place for important news and an embassy. So in a nutshell, on blogger, you can do the following;
1. You can quickly update the doings in your nation 2. It will not be on this forum, which will stop it from overflowing with unnecessary stuff. 3. You also have a few more creative functions available on blogger.
That is all I can think of it? PLease let me know

Alright, I'll look into Blogger. As for the IPUs, what about people who haven't played the game?

You don't need to know what IPU means. You just need to be sensible, and give your nation a rating of 0-150.

Ok, for those who don't know, IPU stands for Industrial Production Unit, here's my industry:
The Caliphate's main industries are weapon manufacturing, resource refinement, and the largest, consumer goods such as childrens' toys, clothes and other cheap products. Farming is a big part of the life of people in the Caliphate, but it is not able to compete with foreign markets, and serves solely to feed people of the Caliphate. The industry of the Caliphate is very developed, however the Caliphate's basic resources such as coal and iron are poor, meaning that the refined goods economy is very strong, while the raw resource economy is weak. The IPU score out of 150 would be 110.

Nice! If you have checked the blog recently, you would have seen that I specialise in Mining, and all related industries.
I also forgot to add an important part to the making of your nation, your nations military strength. If you could please add that that would be appreciated.

I like it! Very nice! I like your very original flag too, and your profile picture. Very nice. If you want to, please make a blog for your nation, where you can talk more about your nation and do whatever it is you want to do with it. It will be most interesting to see I think.
